Nigeria has recorded 10 new cases of the COVID-19 on Sunday morning (11:15 a.m Local Time), bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 224 at the moment.
According to the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), 6 cases were reported in Lagos (South-West Nigeria), 2 in the Federal Capital Territory, while 2 were confirmed in Edo state (Southern Nigeria).
Twenty-seven patients, however, who formerly tested positive for the virus have been discharged.
