The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed 25 new cases of Coronavirus also known as Covid-19.
With the latest figures, the total confirmed cases now stand at 166,560, Discharged 159,946 and 2,099 Deaths since the outbreak of the virus in the country.
According to the NCDC, ”the report also includes a backlog of data from Taraba State from 21st March, 2021 to date.”
It made the announcement via its Official Twitter page @NCDCgov, on Wednesday 2nd June, 2021.
The Health Institution shows the breakdown of the new cases as recorded; Lagos-10, Taraba-9, Kaduna-3, Rivers-2 and Kwara-1.
