Game of Thrones, Avengers among winners at MTV Awards

Game of Thrones, Avengers: Endgame were among big winners at the 2019 MTV Movie and TV Awards.
The Awards, celebrate the best on-screen work of the past year.
Popular tv series, Game of Thrones which recently aired its last season, took home the award for best show in a tightly contested category that included other entries such as Big Mouth”,”Riverdale”, “Schitt’s Creek”, “The Haunting of Hill House”.

Also, Avengers: Endgame won the category of best movie which had other big movies of the year competing, including “BlacKkKlansman”, “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse”, “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before”, “Us”

Netflix had 14 nominations for its TV shows and films, including “Bird Box”, Noah Centineo & Lana Condor for “Best Kiss” and Sandra Bullock for “Most Frightened Performance, CNN reported.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg received nominations for best real-life hero, and was also nominated in the best documentary category, as well as most meme-able moment, and best fight, for the legal effort portrayed in the documentary RBG. She won for Best real-life hero.
