Ghana has confirmed 73 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total to 287.
The new cases were announced on Tuesday morning.
Ghana Health Service (GHS) said the increase in cases was as a result of “enhanced contact tracing and testing”.
GHS said that mandatory quarantine of travellers who arrived in the country between March 21 and 22 , had ended.
Some 1,030 people were quarantine during that period and 105 of them tested positive in two different test phases.
