Nantes coach explains Moses Simon loan from Levante

Newly appointed coach of Nantes Christian Gourcuff has explained why Nigeria international winger Moses Simon joined the club on loan from Spanish Laliga side Levante.

Simon was  presented to the fans of the team following the conclusion of his loan deal and the coach who took over the team last week was asked about the decision to bring in the Nigerian international.

Gourcuff pointed out the qualities he likes in the Nigerian and also mentioned that his experience will come handy for the team in their targets this season after a not too impressive start to the season.

“He is a very exciting player, good in transition movement, plays for the team more than for himself, he is a player who has a lot of energy, he loves to put himself in physical duels due to his strength and some experience, he is good for our formation”, Gourcuff said.

While speaking on his move to the team, Simon who also unveiled his shirt number 27 yesterday as first reported by this portal said he is ready to make his debut if he is selected to play in their next game against Amiens.
“I feel physically ready and then, it’s the coach’s choice”, Simon told the club official website.
