The FIFA world cup has been won since inception by seven out of the thirty-two participating countries.
They include Brazil, England, Germany, France, Argentina, Uruguay, and Spain.
Italy did not qualify for this year’s world cup.
However, many have pointed out that this year might see countries like Nigeria challenge the dominance of the top-seven nations.
