Nigerian Army creates Super Camp to monitor bandit’s movements

The Nigerian Army has established a new Camp called Super Camp in  Kotonkoro Village in Mariga Local Government area of Niger State   in North Central Nigeria.

The establishment of the Super Camp according the Commander, 31 Artillery Brigade of the Nigerian Army, Minna, Brigadier  General  Gideon Ajetonmobi would create military presence in the locality thereby putting an end to the  insecurity  hitherto bedeviling  parts of the State.

While conducting the Secretary to the Government of Niger State (SSG), Ahmed Ibrahim Matane round the Super Camp on Wednesday,  Brigadier General  Ajetonmobi  explained that the establishment of the Military Camp in the area is designed to  control   the reported cases of Bandits, Kidnappers and Cattle Rustlers movements  from the neighboring States of Kaduna and Zamfara states in the North western parts of the Country through  Niger State to other parts of the Country .

The Secretary to the  Niger State Government , Ahmed Ibrahim Matane assured the people of the state Government’s  support and readiness to partner with the  Military and other paramilitary organizations working in  the state  said,  the presence of the Military Camp  in the area would  definitely help in controlling   Banditry , Cattle Rustling and other form of incessant crime activities in the State.
