President Buhari heads to New York for UN General Assembly

President Muhammadu Buhari has departed Abuja for New York, to attend the 74th session of the UN General Assembly.
The President, who departed on Sunday morning at 10:45 GMT.
Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari and Minister of the Federal Capital Territory Mohammed Bello were among those who bid farewell to the President.
The Nigerian leader is the 5th President scheduled to address the UN General Assembly.
His address is expected to address issues related to Nigeria.
He will also hold bilateral talks with other world leaders on the airlines of the global summit, where he is expected to woo support for Nigeria.
