President Buhari visits Plateau

Timothy Choji, Abuja

President Muhammadu Buhari is expected in Jos, the Plateau State capital on  Tuesday, to assess the level of security, following the recent killings in parts of the State.

His visit to the State is on the heels of a town hall meeting of critical stakeholders with Vice-President Yemi Osibanjo in Jos on Monday.

During the visit, the President is expected to meet with critical stakeholders and also calm nerves as retaliatory attacks among farmers and herdsmen defer solutions.

President Buhari is to depart for Jos from Calabar, Cross River State, where he was earlier in the day to inaugurate some projects executed by the State government.
