Sokoto governor tasks Nigerians on unity for peaceful co-existence

The Sokoto State Governor, Aminu waziri Tambuwal has felicitated with President Muhammadu Buhari on the occasion of the nation’s 59th Independence anniversary, while urging Nigerians to unify for peace and successes of the country.
Governor Tambuwal stated this while addressing Mammoth crowd of youths as part of activities marking the country’s 59th Independence anniversary in Sokoto.
He implored  all citizens at home and in the diaspora to remain firmly committed to the unity of Nigeria as a nation.
The Governor pointed out that citizens must review not just last 59 years, but also attempt to project further a Field into the years ahead  and Marshall plans for socio- political and economic growth for sustainable development.
Fought gallantly
Governor Tambuwal congratulated every citizen of the state on the joyous event.
He paid tribute to Leaders who fought gallantly for the Independence of the country and expressed optimism that Nigeria shall surmount it’s current challenges to continue to be united and shinning star.
He also calls for sustained prayers for the survival of the country and gave assurance that his administration would continue to implement policies and programmes aimed at taking the state to a greater height.
The Governor expressed delight that more youths are now engaged in governance in the State stressing that more of them would be given opportunities to display their talents for the development of small and medium enterprises in the State.
