Activities on the floor of the exchange have continued on a negative run on Tuesday with the All Share Index declining by 0.21% or 56.6 basis points to close the day at 26,809.92 basis points relative to yesterday’s close of 26,866.41 basis points.

Likewise the Market Capitalisation depreciated by 0.21% or 27 billion Naira to close the day’s transactions at 13,051 trillion Naira from Monday’s 13,078 trillion Naira.

Consequently, 12 stocks appreciated, 14 depreciated while others have their prices unchanged as 185,945 million units of shares worth N2,537 billion Naira were traded in 3,083.00 deals.

In Tuesday’s trading, ZENITH BANK PLC was the most traded stock with 60,916 million units of shares were traded valued at N1,097 billion Naira.

To lead Tuesday’s gainers’ table is NASCON ALLIED INDUSTRIES PLC which had a previous closing price of N13.50k per share, gaining N1.35k or 10.00 percent to close the day at N14.85k per share.

Next is NPF MICROFINANCE BANK with a previous closing price of N1.10k per share, closing Tuesday at N1.20k per share, gaining 0.10k or 9.09 percent.

Then FORTE OIL PLC with a prior closing price of N14.80k per share, closed at N15.70k per share, gaining 0.90k or 6.08 percent.

Leading the other side of the divide is CHAMPION BREW. PLC, declining by 0.11k or 9.57 percent to close the day at N1.04k per share from N1.15k per share previously.

Secondly, COURTEVILLE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PLC fell from previous closing price of 0.22k per share to 0.20k per share by 0.02k or 9.09 percent.

And LEARN AFRICA PLC depreciated by 0.10k or 8.93 percent, closing at N1.02k per share from N1.12k per share.
