“For me, you have always made me proud. Even in the face of challenges, you keep a smiling face. Since we came on board as a Board, we have been looking for how to reap our mission statement.

“And I want the staff to read and understand the mission of VON because good things are on the way,” Mr. Buba said.

Adding that the principles of VON must be seen in all officer’s behaviour and the way they do things.

The Director General, Mr. Osita Okechukwu, while welcoming the guests, said that he was happy “to give honour to whom honour is due.”
